We delivered a talk via For Better Health on why the Lean ISO 18404 can create the right competencies to drive better outcomes in the Health Sector.

We are working with the Port of Milford Haven to improve their capabilities in delivering large scale projects.

Our coaching will enable organisations to make staff certified for the ISO 18404 Standard in Lean Practitioner or Leader, improving capability and reputation.

Stephen Morris of Open Square Consulting interviewed our Director, Ketan Varia on the themes of organisation creativity, collaboration and change management using improv.

We are supporting change work on building resilience in relation to climate risk, by utilising the power of small and medium enterprises in supporting vulnerable communities.

We delivered virtual interactive training on the use of the Prioritisation Matrix, to businesses in Mauritius. Our work was in collaboration with the Government of Mauritius (NPCC).

We delivered a 4 day tailored process capability event for INvolve, an inclusion and diversity organisation.

We delivered a talk and workshop on innovation for the service sector, using 40 principles.

We have partnered up with B2E a large consultancy to offer blockchain consultancy solutions. Our Director Ketan Varia will take a lead in this role.

We ran a session for Agile South Coast, in Southampton, and demonstrated our TRIZ product card game that consists of 40 Innovation Cards and 5 Service Type Cards.

We ran a 2 day intensive learning by doing workshop based training to help deliver process improvement for the FDM Group.

Delivered an improv session as part of Barnet’s year of learning to support the Borough.

Launched modular training for the 3rd largest cargo port in Britain’s to help them in their diversification projects.

Presented to a large group, testing out of our TRIZ card game, with 8 real life examples of issues in digital and IT services.

We have continued our commitment since 2007, in giving our time to Crisis and helping the homeless during the especially vulnerable Christmas period.

We ran our innovation game at this regular meetup in Brighton which received very positive comments including; “A great way to get ideas which won’t normally come out of a brainstorming session.”

We designed this game to provide deep insight on team building and collaboration help in process improvement. Ideal for away-days or team events.

The client stated: “Kinetik’s engagement was an eye opener to view and analyse [processes] in a logical manner.”

Our consultants Ketan Varia and Keshini Jayawardene ran an intense 5 day course. One stated; ‘This is a very structured and methodical learning experience I had ever in my life’.

Delivered an exciting workshop on innovation using TRIZ for a leadership programme for young Ukrainians at the cusp of their career in public services.

Our work in 2013-14 was part of the organisations’ BPI methodology. As illustrated in this HBR article, ADP’s investment provided a sustainable foundation for RPA.

Improv is a fantastic way of knowledge creation for business. We have launched two products to help organisations be innovative.

Our Lean simulation was well received with positive feedback including; “Interesting and thought provoking simulation.”

Our work with Dr Nadhmi Gazem resulted in the use of TRIZ innovation for services and is now published in the well-known TRIZ journal.

Kinetik’s work in developing its staff is great to see! Demiloal Teidi worked with us from 2013-2014. She is presently a Director of an Incubation hub in Nigeria.

Unveiled our TRIZ for service innovation for Creativity in Public Services at a seminar/workshop in London.

Our Lean Service Simulation is featured in the Lean Simulation Blog.

We developed a full in-house certification for Green Belt for this Sri-Lankan bank. Our process resulted in 8 graduates from the first wave.

Introduced our Rapid Diagnostics to help organisations discern readiness for operational change, the current state of processes and identify opportunities for change.

Created six modules of Training including: SECAR, Fishbone Analysis and Kano as part of this innovative start-up’s portfolio.

Encouraged customers to formulate new ideas. This management game based on 36 illustrated cards, utilises the thoughts of major philosophers to help create new ideas in complex situations.

Delivered our first piece of work in Africa; a Change Management course for clients in the Financial and Government sectors.

Our training resulted in CI embedded across the organisation and started to deliver results.

Launched change management training in conjunction with Quest Worldwide as part of Aggreko’s strategy of Continuous Improvement.

A chance to hear the Lord Mayor and Honoraria on their commitment to the Heart of the City programme in responsible business (CSR).

Received high praise for our Founder Ketan Varia’s book ‘The Art of Transformational Change’, The eight chapters provide the essential tools for change management.

Identified 10 issues that resulted in longer day beds for patients. Including: poor collaboration and administration.

Romeo’s book, based on his 20+ years of experience, is full of techniques and numerous practical tools to be successful in the corporate world.

Tested the architecture designs for its Clapham school to ensure they worked with flow of students and timetabling.

The COO stated: “Delivery was top-class. We have found in Kinetik, a partner with ..to help us with our Lean journey and add value to Nations Trust Bank.”

Ran end to end process mapping days, worked on understanding core competencies and future state mapped specific operational processes.

Our current and previous employees have included people from Tanzania, China, Canada, Turkey and Morocco.

Our four consultants Ketan Varia, Maria Gilgeous, Herald Voorneveld and Christian Lucke delivered across four continents as part of the clients Business Process Innovation (BPI) methodology.

Delivered strategy development and worked on a collaborative, agile piece of work to deliver new landing pages. Our work increased web traffic by 25%.

Formally launched our social media activity at Kinetik and welcomed our first Social Media Editor, Mounia Bencheqroun.

Our consultants Rob Worth and Ketan Varia in collaboration with our partner Numensa, delivered analysis and workshops to understand data integrity issues in the clients’ supply chain systems.

Assisted the first privately run hospital to carry out data analysis on length of stay. The head of the bid team stated: “The analysis has been superb and given me real confidence of the robustness.”

Attracted over 200 attendees from 70 different NHS organisations over 4 years. The events were run at the Royal College of Surgeons in London to NHS partners in the Midlands.

Received a return of 86% from students in Halls. The Head of Field Operations stated: “An excellent approach in developing ideas and principles”.

Our consultant Jayne Wilde, brought about new thinking to the NHS to support their large-scale change approach.

Ignited Lean work at the hospital which, 4 years later resulted in significant benefit to staff and patients.

We worked at Stanstead & Gatwick airports plus Hertz European Headquarters to deliver work as part of the Lighthouse Efficiency Programme.
