We ran LeanNHS a quarterly forums Lean London & Lean Midland from 2009-2014. We had attendees from over 70 different Hospital Trusts, SHAs, CCGs & Other NHS support organisations such as blood banks, NHS Innovations, NHS Direct. They were from the all walks of NHS from directors, clinicians, and consultants to managers, nurses and administrators.
