Price and Payment

Course fees are invoiced on order and payment must be paid 30 days prior to the commencement of the course. Upon payment, we will provide a confirmation of course booking in the form of joining instructions.
The price does not include travel, accommodation, meals or other related expenses unless explicitly stated.

All payments must be made in Euros.

Registration Information

Registration information, including directions to the venue and timings, will be sent to the delegate by email at least 7 days prior to the event. Any delegate not receiving the registration information by 7 days prior to the event should contact us at bebetter@kinetik.uk.com

Certificate

Kinetik will provide an attendance of training certificate at the end of the course to support the delegate with their CPD records.

Terms of Cancellation

1. 1. A 100 Euros administration charge will be made on cancellations within 10-30 days of the event.
      There will be no refunds made on cancellations made within 10 days of an event.
   2. Delegate substitutions may be made up to the last working day prior the commencement of the course.
   3. If you wish to cancel notice must be given in writing.
   4. Kinetik reserve the right to cancel or change the date of courses of the stated course. In this case we will transfer the delegate to another course free of charge or refund the course fee. Where such changes are made kinetik solutions liability will not exceed refunding monies paid in respect of the adjusted course.

Liability

We accept no liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, or for any loss of data, profit, revenue or business (whether direct or indirect), however caused, even if foreseeable, as a result of the course. You will be held liable if any delegate, on the course booked with us, accidentally or otherwise damage venue property. kinetik solutions reserves the right to use your names in marketing, promotion and proposal material, unless specifically requested not to do so.

Data Protection

kinetik solutions gathers personal information provided by you and will be held on our database in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018.
