Quality Forums Initiative for the NHS

We ran quality forums from our quarterly forum started in London at the Royal College of Surgeons in 2013, before expanding into the Midlands.

In 5 years, it resulted in over 200 attendees from 70 different NHS based organisations NHS where the practitioners of Lean methodology/service shared their successes and challenges with other NHS employees.  We have had over people attending the forum from 70 different Hospital Trusts, SHAs, CCGs and other NHS support organisations such as blood banks, NHS Innovations, and NHS Direct.

Thanks to Rob Worth from Worth Solutions who helped us launch this initiative.
