One of the things I am getting asked about is the the S word - sustainability; if the organisation is made of self regulating teams that continously improve at a drum beat, than sustainability will occur - otherwise get ready for value leakage.

I am spending some time learning about innovation and its seems to be boiling down to asking the right question(s).
Einstein once stated" If I had an hour to solve a problem and my life depended on the solution, I would spend 55 minutes determing the proper question to ask ...(then)...I could solve the problem in less then 5 minutes ".
