Ketan Varia, founder of kinetik solutions, having over 15 years of Management & Consulting experience, is focused in leading strategy and improvement teams within an operational context. Ketan is a non-executive director for North West London Hospitals Trust, a mentor on the Princes Trust and a Chartered Engineer. |
Ketan led change assignments for a variety of FT Global 500 companies, whilst at Capgemini and Ernst & Young. He has managed project teams of up to 20 senior management staff and worked for substantial periods in Italy and Germany.

JAYNE WILDE
Jayne Wilde has 20 years of consulting, mentoring and coaching experience working with leaders in the public and private sectors. Her work as a health economist and health services manager and planner was consolidated and developed through an M.Phil in Health Economics and an MBA which included a practical dissertation on Strategic management for a health care organisation.

Past clients include, Health Trusts, Local Authorities, blue chip companies like Vodafone, the Fire Service College, Virgin Trains, GB Railfreight.
She is currently one of the team of coaches working with Academy Director Paul Plsek for the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, Academy for Large Scale Change which is supporting the development of over 70 senior managers from around the NHS. |

ROB WORTH
Rob Worth has over 12 years of business and consulting experience. He has led major projects and change programmes in diverse fields such as health, investment banking, local government and facilities management. An expert in Lean and Systems Thinking, he has brought a fresh way of looking at and solving problems with the organisations with which he works.

Rob has recently worked with Deutsche Bank, Serco Defence and Aerospace, the Welsh Assembly Government and the National Renal Association. Rob is a MMath (Hons) in Mathematics and previous employment includes Chase Manhattan Bank and JPMorgan. |

DAVID THOMSON
David is a learning specialist who began his career in banking. After 10 years teaching and a period of professional research in Cambridge, he took a senior management role which involved significant and challenging change management, working ‘up-front and in-depth’ with 50 staff - improving professional performance and achieving world-class standards in the field.

He has been providing training and consultancy on strategy thinking, effective leadership, handling conflict, organisational learning and change management since 2001 for clients in the NHS, Educational & Business arenas. He works with MD’s, senior management teams and staff to inspire new ways of working. |
David’s Cambridge MPhil is in implementing innovative change in institutions and highlights the fundamental role of the personal perspective in creating effective change. He is a member of the Society of Authors and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. |

MARK HOOPER
Mark has 20 years experience in managing supply chains in the retail industry. He has held senior managerial roles at leading retailers including Marks & Spencer, The Burton Group & Coats Viyella. |

Whilst at Jaeger, Mark led a major supply chain project, improving on time delivery and product quality. More recently, he has worked on the international expansion of a leading US brand, implemented process improvement projects for a number of UK retailers and prepared for sale a Danish department store group.
Mark has an honours degree in Chemistry from the University of York.

LIONEL DAVEL
Lionel has over 20 years extensive Senior Executive, Management and Consulting experience, managing large-scale complex strategic business and IT change engagements. He has held senior management roles with leading consultancies and corporate organizations including Capgemini, Gemini Consulting, Crown Cork & Seal, and the Panther Car Company.

Dave has 24 years Senior Management and Consulting experience, focusing on Change Management and delivering excellent services mainly within the pubic sector. Recently, Dave has led several local authorities in Britain to improvement via Best Value reviews, contract re-engineering and business restructuring. |

He has a BSc Hons in Civil Engineering. He is a member of the Chartered Management Institute and an active member of the Public Services Network and the Deming Forum. |

Dave's writings have been published in a number of journals regarding Management, Environment and Housing Maintenance, including a series of items for Croner in Quality Manager. His books written on quality and politics are in the process of being published. |

Ian has 11 years Management and Consulting experience, and specializes in managing change and coaching individuals and teams to achieve both personal and business results. Recently, Ian has led a process improvement training and coaching intervention within the Americas Sub Business Unit of a global coatings company. |

He has a BSc Hons in Mathematics and has a Postgraduate Certificate in Design, Manufacture & Management from Cambridge University. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has high capability in methodologies to reduce process variation. |

He has an MBA Hons, specializing in Strategy Management & Strategic Marketing. Lionel has also spent time in South Africa, working with underprivileged local entrepreneurs helping to develop standards, strategies and outlook. |
