kinetik solutions was formed in 2004 and delivers business transformation, process excellence and change management in operational settings. Our way of working is pragmatic and based on ‘on the ground’ realities, but with focus and effort in the direction of perfection. We work in collaboration, at all levels, with our clients.
We use innovative methods to capture information as well as to distil and communicate findings and drive change. This includes the use of accelerated and highly-facilitated workshops, structured and open questioning and intuitive 'discovery' methods.
